Gloodoh Budget on three phones: the month at a glance, the 50-30-20 check and the debt-free date.

What you get

Snap a receipt, done

Point your camera at a till slip. Gloodoh Budget reads the shop, the total and the date, and files it on the right budget line for you.

Yours alone, encrypted

Your budget is locked on your phone with a passphrase only you know. Not even we can open it.

Reminders you can act on

Bills, loan repayments and paydays arrive on time. Snooze one, or log the payment straight from the notification.

A plan that builds your legacy

Give every shilling a job with the 50‑30‑20 rule, then grow sinking funds, clear debts and watch your net worth rise.

Plan the month, then check it against what really happened

  1. Sign in

With Google or Apple. Your Gloodoh Budget account is its own, separate from any Gloodoh shopping account.

  2. Lock your vault

Choose a passphrase and keep your recovery key somewhere safe. They are the only keys to your data, so nobody can reset them for you.

  3. Plan the month

Split your income into needs, wants and savings, set aside money for what is coming, and plan your debts away.

  4. Check it against reality

Import a statement file (it is read on your device and never uploaded), match each line, and close the month with a short review.

Know what's left. Every day.

Open the app and see what's left to spend this month, what that means per day, and whether you're ahead of your plan or behind it.

Home screen: Ksh 123,200 left to spend in October, about Ksh 7,700 a day, 57% of the plan used. Home screen in dark mode: Ksh 123,200 left to spend in October, about Ksh 7,700 a day. Spending pace: this month's spending against the plan, day by day.

Give every shilling a job.

Enter what comes in and what you plan to spend. Gloodoh Budget totals it and checks your month against the 50‑30‑20 rule: needs, savings and debt, and wants.

  1. Add your income.
  2. Plan each budget line.
  3. Watch the three bars.
The 50-30-20 check: needs 62%, savings and debt 26%, wants 8%. The 50-30-20 check in dark mode: needs 62%, savings and debt 26%, wants 8%.
